Volunteers Make a Big Difference!
In 2007 your volunteer hours helped keep 43 to 50 tons of stuff out of the landfill. Your efforts also raised between $18,000 and $20,000 for campus environment projects, like recycling and energy conservation! Volunteers gave more than 800 hours of their time the event. Thank you!!

Volunteer Perks
As a volunteer, you will get a free Early Bird Pass to the Trash to Treasure Garage Sale on August 24th, so you can get the best deals and get in before everyone else in our volunteer-only entry line. You'll also get access to a volunteers-only secret preview on August 23rd, where you'll get to scope out the stuff before anyone else. If you work extra shifts, you can get extra Passes to give to friends or incoming students.

Plus, you're helping keep our environment clean! For every shift you work, you help raise $50 for the environment and prevent 75 pounds of stuff from entering the landfill!

Volunteers are needed for the Garage Sale setup, sale, and cleanup. The 3 hour volunteer shifts will be on August 22-25, starting each day at 9 AM and ending at 6 PM.
